Navigazione Lago d’Iseo carries out permanent employment through the completion of external competitions which are publicized through postings at municipalities near Iseo Lake and at Autorità di Bacino Lacuale dei laghi d’Iseo, Endine e Moro.

Each Management carries out annual selections for external hire of temporary staff, to be employed during the spring and summer for requirements related to the nature of the service (crew training, increase in activity, etc.).

It should be noted that the possession of a valid Inland waters 1st category seafarer’s ID book (Libretto di Navigazione per il personale navigante in acque interne di 1° categoria) (Presidential Decree no. 631 of 28.06.1949) is a necessary requirement to be placed on board our fleet.
