Barrier-free transport
Transport is free of charge only for handicapped and potential helper, with documents, cards or others, certifying disability of the passenger.
In general, passengers with handicaps are welcome on our ships, therefore during shipboard and disembarkation our staff on board always furnishes the necessary assistance.
The ship access gangways are large enough to transit passengers with wheelchair. Moreover, on the main ships on duty there are handicapped suitable toilets. Our ships are not provided with structures for partially sighted or blind people (raised tracks, audible warning devices, ect.).
All Navigazione Lago d’Iseo staff attends training courses about handicapped and limited mobility passengers.

Transporting children with buggies
Buggies can be boarded for free.
We may invite you to keep your buggies folded up during navigation, depending on their size and the number of passengers on the ship.
Infants travel free until the age of 4 accompanied by an adult (at least one for every 3 children), children between the age of 4 and 13 have a 50% discount. Children between the age of 14 and 17 have a 20% discount.
Bicycle transport
Bicycle transport is always permitted depending on the availability of seats on board.
There are special tickets for bicycles, valid for all routes, and day passes for the passenger transport by bicycle.
Transport of animals
On board our ships allowed the carriage of pets accompanied provided that you comply with the instructions provided by the rules and regulations of the company.
To protect the safety of passengers, dogs are allowed on board if muzzled worn and kept on a leash or, if small, allocated in special pet carriers (excluding guide dogs for the blind and service dogs belonging to law enforcement, which can travel free of charge and without limitations). If the owners are lacking, are available on board all ships and at the ticket of Sulzano Iseo and suitable muzzles in various sizes available (S-M-L-XL-XXL) purchased by passengers.
Other animals (cats, birds, etc.) must be transported within suitable pet carriers.
Freight and luggage
Passengers are allowed the free transport on board of cargo and luggage with a weight not above 10 kg and not measuring more than 50x30x25 cm. For transportation of bulky goods and big luggages please contact Navigazione Lago d’Iseo.
